Terms and Conditions:

1. Booking a tour through the website https://www.eftaliaactivities.com/ at Eftalia Activities Alanya travel agency requires payment, unless canceled according to our cancellation policy.
2. Eftalia Activities Alanya , based in Turkey at Alanya, is the tour operator. License number A 87288 or cooperating contractors.
3. Payment methods include bank transfer, electronic payments, credit card, or cash in Turkey upon arrival at your hotel.
4. Prices on the website are inclusive of all taxes.
5. Order details are emailed or accessible in the user panel on the website.
6. After payment, a separate email is sent with a link to download tickets.
7. Upon arrival in Turkey, contact us via SMS/email/phone with your order number to confirm hotel check-in.
8. Pickup times may change; we'll notify you the day before the tour.
9. Please wait at the designated location at the appointed time on the day of departure.
10. A valid ticket (printed or digital) is required for boarding.
11. The bus may be delayed up to 15-20 minutes; contact us if longer.
12. Tours are conducted by English-speaking guides or in international groups.
13. Follow the tour leader/instructor's recommendations during the trip.
14. Additional insurance is included in sport trips; accidents under alcohol influence are not covered.
15. Participants with chronic diseases should have additional insurance.
16. Children under 6 travel free but aren't guaranteed food or a bus seat; buy a guaranteed seat for longer tours.
17. Solo travelers on the Cappadocia trip must pay €10 for a single room.
18. Feedback or complaints should be reported during or after the tour for timely resolution.
19. Cancellation more than 24 hours before the trip allows changes or full refund; less than 24 hours, no refund except for sudden illness with medical proof.
20. Unpaid trip cancellations should be done more than 24 hours before; late cancellations may incur charges.
21. Office reserves the right to cancel due to insufficient participants or force majeure; refunds or alternatives will be provided.
22. Tour program may change for organizational reasons, always aiming for customer satisfaction.
23. Eftalia Activities Alanya isn't liable for purchases made during tours with contractors; direct complaints to them.
24. Eftalia Activities Alanya  may use customer photos/videos for advertising without additional consent, including customer comments for promotional purposes.
25. Complaints or feedback should be reported during or immediately after the trip for prompt assistance. Late complaints may be challenging to address.
